A absolutely fantastic week at this hotel . The service from everyone was just perfect. We really did feel it was a holiday as we didnt need to lift a finger . We were offered drinks / food etc throughout the day . Nothing was too much trouble at all. The poolside staff are incredible and very friendly. Big and Nice room , tasty food and great location
Big pool and kids area make a great stay for family vacation Iz restaurant food is amazing we had our dinners there only .. indoor pool 24 hrs
Outdoor pool is very big and fun ..

This hotel deserves a 5 out of 5 as the ambience , the customer service , the food , the pool area , the rooms are all exceptional , we loved the staff in the Market Cafe especially Rabii, Fayiz, Udaini, Lisa, Saidal and Minal who all made a huge effort to get to know us and were fantastic as was the food for breakfast and dinner , credit to your training Grand Hyatt , we will be back and thank you...

Very enjoyable stay with customer service, facilities and catering services of the highest standard. Once the new waterpark opens it will only add to what is a quality set-up. The hotels proximity to the airport and also access to other landmarks and sites is also a bonus....
