The hotel is absolutely fabulous and very grand - the inside is simply amazing and you cannot really tell on the website. The quality of the property is 5-star in the room and all hotel facilities. It was a great place to stay when visiting Dubai and convenient to Old Dubai, the shopping mall, and the camel ride. Top level service from a great team. They truly go above a beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Food was amazing, the room was clean and the bed was so comfy that you don't want to wake up even after a full night sleep. All that with an incredible relaxing atmosphere....

We have been staying here (with the exception of the pandemic years) for over 15 years. We have stayed in many other UAE hotels, but love the Grand Hyatt for its grandeur and location. Every time we check in, we receive a lovely welcome. The staff are professional and friendly. We received an anniversary update. Overall it was an excellent stay with courteous staff and clean atmosphere.
The food was excellent. They clean the room every day and always they heck with me whether I need any additional services to clean in the evening. They replace the towels every day....
