Nice hotel but not for us.

Stayed in hotel as family of 3 with 19 year old daughter, upgraded to all inclusive which was def worth it as £10 for beer and £6 for orange juice. We have stayed in Dubai before but normally on the palm and if we return we would go back to palm. Swimming pool was small and if you want to chill by pool for the day not much to do where as on palm you have option of beach etc to get up explore during day. Food options...

This hotel is exceptional and Ive been a repeated guest! I want to say a big thanks to Marilyn Caballero, the manager who provides exceptional service. I was originally supposed to stay for 2 weeks but extended it to 4 weeks.

We arrived 3 January. Hotel is grand looking and is inaccurately clean. We arrived early morning and were kindly given complimentary breakfast while we had to wait to be able to be allocated our room. Breakfast has lots of choice.
We were given our room and there was no extra bed for our child - it took 45 minutes and 3 requests to get this facilitated.
