This is an excellent hotel .All the staff are friendly and helpful
Food in Morgans is first class and Guosto has amazing views
We upgraded to all inclusive for a few days and this was excellent value.
We had a city view room and this was great as not a lot of time is spent in the room.

We picked this hotel based on the reviews and they did not let us down. From arrival to departure, the service was, in the main, first class. A special mention to Yin, in the Club Lounge, who looked after us very well. Friendly and professional. Al Bandar Rotana Dubai they have the best customer care, very clean environment, best room services, Roof top swimming pool and creek water view. The security is very good and the appearance of the reception is the best among the hotels nearby.Thank you so much for your services, we wish to come back again....
