I came from Tunisia with my best friend To Rixos hotel,, we pleasing met with a beautiful lady called Ilham,, she welcoming us with a genuine smile and made for us wonderful tour to all the outlet with full explanations detailed,, Ilham really looked after us and recommend for us to get experience in French restaurant,, we really appreciate her effort,, she is real asset in the hotel,,

What can I say just an amazing holiday staying in a fabulous hotel from the minute we arrived we were treated like royalty.
The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough we went to the brasserie every evening of our stay to be treated by the lovely Christina such a welcoming young lady and had lots of chats with herself and Byham all the staff were so friendly and were keen to talk and have lots of fun with us.
