The hotel is still beautiful, but unfortunately, the service has declined quite noticeably compared to my previous stays (this was my 4th stay). Most of the staff appear to be new, and do not seem to have had proper training, and thus lacking hospitality and in some cases, even basic manners. I visited the spa for a massage and a facial. Although I didnt have a lot of options for the facial, i was assured that they were working to revamp their offerings.
