The reception did not answer the Phone, the breakfast buffet look great but missing juice and the pancakes was awful and the bread not delisious at all. The rooms are not quiet. The forgotten hotel

Nice staff, but low maintenance level. Bathroom shower glass calcified, Doors and floors looks old and should be renewed. This hotel looks to be forgotten by Scandic, compared to the popular city hotels in Copenhagen.

Single cappuccino machine for all guests breakfast. Imagine the wait times. And the machine breaks often. Rooms are very smal with no mini bar or water offered. ...

Dirty dining area.

Up to 20 cm long dust hanging down from the roof installations in the Dining room.
Not nice to eat under a big layer of dust. Not seen anything like this any other places.
Took weeks before they responded to my complain and never no acknowledge received ....

Wonderful hotel

The hotel is wonderful, I enjoyed a lot the breakfast. Rooms are very clean and cozy. There is a special zone for the children. The staff is extremely kind. If I go again to Copenhagen I will book again the same hotel. I highly recommend it to my friends...
