Lets start with the positive. The location is great. Smack downtown and a 3 minute walk from Nyhavn.
The rooms are nice and clean. No issue there.
However, if you also like to sleep, find another hotel.
I woke up in the middle of the night thinking someone was in my room. Its that noisy and poorly isolated!
The banging sounds went on and on from different places.
I heard chairs being dragged over the floor over...

Visiting first time Copenhagen for tourists attractions and experience of Scandinavian culture. Amazing location, very clean and comfortable accommodations, super friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast choices ...

Vert tired rooms. No air con despite hotel room description, very warm. Cleanliness ok. Hot breakfast not so hot. Staff welcome lacking. Lication good, near to waterfront. Better chouces out there. The exterior is currently being refurbed....

This hotel is really beautiful! The room looks so good. The hotel is in the city center and breakfast is very good. Room is clean and spacious. I do really recommend this hotel and i enjoyed my stay, as well as the city and many locations of the city. And yes, you have like a mini store at the entrance of the hotel...
