The location of the hotel is good. Unfortunately the level of the service e.g. breakfast has gone down during the past few years. Also the rooms would require some more maintenance (poor windows and sound insulation) and upgrades e.g. in the beds which do not match the level of other Arp-Hansen hotels in Copenhagen....

Lobby are is a bit dull. rooms were quite small. Some rooms are on the same level as parking lot and it felt a bit unsafe, if this is a case in Copenhagen. Heating in rooms was very substantial and took a lot of time to feel warm. Friendly staff at reception. Breakfast was very nice. Gym is ok, just without any view....

Disappointing and bad value for money

Very disappointing and expensive for poor quality. The room was functional and very "tired". The furniture was old and chipped, plug covers were missing, bare wires were showing from one lamp, there was a gash in the plaster of the ceiling, there was mould on the silicon sealing the bath, .. I could go on with further defects. The mattress was very uncomfortable also....

First room had mould, second room even more, stay away until they renovate the place.
Otherwise the staff were nice enough, and it's a good location....
