How this hotel has managed to keep its 4-star rating is a mystery. The hotel is incredibly worn down.
Wall-to-wall carpets in the rooms are stained.
There are stains on the armchairs and curtains.
The beds are terrible. We were three people in the room, and none of us could sleep. The beds feel like a mix between a trampoline and a waterbed. Every time you turn, you have to balance yourself to avoid falling off.

We had a single night at this nice olderly hotel. We were greeted with smiles and a "welcome" when we checked in. Check-in was very quick, and very professional and service-minded.
The room we had was older, and we could see, that it was a bit worn, but it was clean and nice.
At breakfast, there is a lot to choose from, and it was constantly replenished so that nothing was missing.

Although the Imperial is a little dated and rooms would benefit from a bathroom facelift - it is quite stylish and in an ideal location for Tivoli, Stråget and the upscale area of Vesterbro. ...

The pillow is like a stone its not comfortable and theres mold in the garden and the tv has no channels basically you cant even watch anything and for 100 dollars this is not worth it!! Room 113. Please get better Pillows,bed, blanket!!!!!...
