The hotel's a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen's Central Station, making arrival and departure by train very convenient. The staff was typically young people but friendly and professional. Fantastic location, friendly staff, great base for a sight-seeing trip.
Rooms are well equipped for a short stay with hair dryer and steamer.
Comfy and large bed
Shampoo and body wash combo and conditioner provided in the shower.

Many thanks for such a fantastic stay this week. All staff were so helpful and definitely went that extra mile to help us out with everything especially Michael. Great hotel great location as well. If booking the Mayfair you will definitely not be disappointed.

Really nice hotel and staff were superb! Rooms were clean and cosy and location wise right in the middle of everything.
Staff were helpful and made the hotel stay much better and easier, would definitely recommend and plan to revisit! 10/10...
