A warm wonderful stay!

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel with the warm welcome and support of the staff. The location was just next to the train station (so better take the train not metro from the airport) and Tivoli Garden and a lot! The hotel's interior was very cozy, cleaned and very presentable. Just make sure you opted to a bigger room to accommodate 2 people at least when you book....

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was modern, clean but slightly on the small side. However, that didnt change anything about our time here.
The breakfast was very tasty and good value for money based on Copenhagen prices.

We booked a cosy room. When we arrived, we lasted two days and decided it was far too small. We couldnt properly unpack our bags and there was nowhere to store suitcases so we were literally clambering over them to get to the door. The room was painfully hot all of the time and the beds have two separate single duvets with square pillows.

It was a short trip , everything was quite nice except the room was a little too small for two persons.Not a lot of place to range our luggages and clothes.But apart of that everyone was friendly and we enjoyed the nice breakfast ,and the proximity of the center town....

They didnt assign us the right room (despite upgrade) - did not rectify when confronted at the front desk. Did not refund us despite paying $100+ extra per night on an upgraded room.
Rooms are so small you wont be able to unpack (they will later claim the bathroom is part of the square footage of the room)
Breakfast at hotel is astoundingly expensive (they dont mention price until checkout) ...
