I can honestly say the Crowne Plaza is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From the minute we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The reception staff were fantastic and made the check in prosses extremely easy, and clear. The room was great!! Comfortable bed, amazing view, super clean bathroom, it was faultless. The bar area in the lobby was superb, and once again, staff we're fantastic.

It's a good hotel next to a shopping mall and metro so moving around is easy peasy. From Orestad you can reach Malmo sweden in less than an hour.
The hotel itself is ok but it's more of a business hotel, although I am a premium member and had the complimentary drinks, we only used it once during our 8 days of stay. Compared to other location, as in Dubai, the evening drinks and snack is very basic. So basic you only...

Excellent hotel! We stayed over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing and location was fabulous.
My husband travels frequently and only stays in IHG so we were upgraded. Their lounge on the floors is closed but we got complimentary drinks at Bark (in lobby). This worked well as there was a football table for our kids to enjoy while we had a nice evening drink.

We stay at this hotel regularly in Copenhagen for IHG points. It is a bit out of town, but still next to metro station that gets you directly to city centre in 15 min. Always great rooms and great service and a very tranquil environment.

Being on the 20th floor we had a fantastic view of Amager. Nice touch with the bathtib and furthermore the heating on the bathroom floot, what a treat. But how on earth, in such a large hotel can you only have 8 channels on the TV? Not one news channel was available. That was a huge letdown for us and can't really remember staying in a hotel that made such a small effort for the entertainment in the room....
