We stayed Monday18th Nov to Friday 22nd and had a great time in the city. When we arrived check in was quick with a warm welcome. The location of the hotel is perfect for transport links we used the metro from the airport to the station nearest the hotel (Havneholmen0 which was six minutes walk from the hotel, this station is also at entrance to the shopping mall. Good central location very near a metro and with a lovely view of the water. The bathroom door is glass so the room is flooded with light when going at night time, very annoying. The shower is over the bath and the bath is so narrow you can hardly stand in it....

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was in a great location right next to the M4 metro line (2 minute walk). There were a couple of parts of the room which would have been nicer if it was cleaner. The beds were very comfortable. ...
