Great Hotel

The Hotel Hebron is very centrally located just a short walk from the Central Train Station. The hotel is excellent. I have stayed here numerous times and each time have been extremely pleased. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a varied selection and the quality superb. I always get a great nights sleep....

Decent hotel with both good pros and cons
Pros
- Amazing and friendly staff at the front desk
- Really good breakfast
- Perfect location for visiting the city
Cons
- Rooms are small (especially if you have the sofa bed) and very noisy (you clearly hear people on top or next to you)
- They lack a lot of amenities (no fridge even empty, no AC, etc)
- Mattresses were super soft
- Restaurant for breakfast is too...

The Double Room for my Daughter and me, was small but it had everything we needed. I loved the bathroom. I didnt like the beds. There were much too soft and we had a lot of pain in the morning.
We could change the temperature of the room and in the bathroom according to our needs.
As the reviews before we can only confirm that the breakfast was excellent. It had everything you could imagine and all of it tasted supe...

I was dubious about the location but needn't have worried. Felt safe throughout my stay in Copenhagen and it would have been a shame to miss out on this terrific hotel. Clean, smart surroundings, easy to get everywhere. The breakfast was one of the best I've had with every possible taste catered for. Great staff team, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I'd love to come back and hope to bring a friend next tim...

False advertising

DON"T TRUST IT. Chose hotel because advertised as air conditioned. Had AC in lobby but not in our room.
Superior room booked - first photo is from reservation confirmation; second photo is room we got - space between the two beds was exactly the width (not lenght) of a standard carry on suitcase.
We were switched to a proper room on second night (size and AC as advertised) but there was no follow up from management ...
