We had an incredible stay at the Andersen Hotel, from when we checked in to when we reluctantly had to leave. The service was exceptional, and I want to give a special shout-out to Oscar at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Everything about the hotel is great. The staff, the service, the location and the rooms are great. The free breakfast is excellent and the free wine between 5pm-6pm is a great idea. The rooms are very clean with everything you need. The hotel is a very short walk from Copenhagen Central Station. The hotel was excellent value for money....

A brilliant choice of hotel. Great location, staff were amazing, the facilities were perfect and we could not recommend more highly. Would certainly return if back in Copenhagen. It had everything we needed plus some and just found it incredibly comfortable and welcoming....

The hotel is very close to the central station and obviously central Copenhagen. Rooms are adequate and have a huge bed with usual amenities.
Breakfasts were plentiful with choice and very fresh. We liked the free coffee machine but it was awkward to use at first .
Staff were very helpful and always there if needed.
We will come back one day ....

Wonderful hotel, bright comfortable rooms with very comfortable bed, shower, bath etc. Toiletries provided and a little fridge too which is helpful.
Staff are lovely and friendly.
Breakfast is nice.
Fantastic location, extremely easy to get to from the airport on the train....
