Absolute gem of a hotel! Couldn't fault anything at all. Beautiful room, with a very comfy bed and gorgeous toiletries. They also gave us an upgrade to a bigger room, so thank you very much!! Breakfast was outstanding. Excellent quality and great choice. We opted to use their green iniative which rewards you if you opt out of the chamber maid service. Very clean and comfortable hotel a few minutes from Copenhagen central station (airport 15 minutes, Malmo 40 minutes). Great breakfast in very relaxed atmosphere as is the cosy bar area in the evenings. Theres a system if you forego room cleaning and let the reception know by 9:30 a bar voucher is available which is great . Fantastic hotel. Location is perfect. Staff are super friendly & helpful, Green Concept is a great idea, especially if only staying for a few nights. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Bar area is cosy for an evening drink.
I stayed with my niece for her 18th birthday present and staff left some lovely macarons in the room for her....

Clean friendly convenient

Centrally located a short walk away from the central square where the tour buses leave and the train station.
The breakfast buffet had lots of choices for hot and cold breakfasts and it was lovely to see a choice of almond, oat and soy milk available.
Lovely reception area bar and lounge and very clean with helpful friendly staff.
Could not recommend more and would definitely stay here again if come to Copenhagen....

Lovely, clean and modern hotel within walking distance of the city centre and 5 minutes away from Central station and Tivoli Gardens.
Buffet continental breakfast with plenty of choice and always being refilled.
Our room was on the 4th floor and a little on the small side. Kept knocking the TV on the wall every time you walked by end of bed it was that close!! Could have done with more storage space too.
