We were only here for 2 nights but the hotel was amazing. For a start we were able to open the windows - which I really like to do especially at night. The location is great - plenty of shops and restaurants around plus an easy flat walk from the train station (ok, there are some cobble stones that make things a bit harder). Service was top notch. Other than that - everything else was just a little off. Similar to other reviews, I found the service to be borderline rude. They got the job done but it was obvious that they were understaffed to handle a full hotel of guests.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 days on our first trip to Copenhagen. We were intrigued by the unusual and funky decor and believed the hotel had a great location. Both were true. This hotel is personality in a nutshell! As soon as you walk in, the quirks begin with the super quirky decor and it's 100% eclectic as shown in photos. The music room with vinyl, the intimate seating area adjacent to the fireplace, and amazing bar area to indulge as soon as you walk in each time...you pass by all 3 of these things.

Stayed here for my birthday trip to Copenhagen. Lovely hotel and even though it was busy, I don't think I've stayed in such a quiet hotel at night.
With comfortable, warm, cosy rooms, the hotel is directly in the city and only a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station.
The only negative I have is that the breakfast is only 'ok'. There is something for everyone of course but the warm cooked items such as bacon...
