Avoid this hotel.

1. You cannot call the reception from your room on your cell and there is no phone in the room. There is no reception except someone at the bar. You have to sign in on a computer. They asked me if I wanted my room cleaned or a voucher for a drink. I said please clean my room. The person at the bar walked me through the sign in.

A real gem and extremely cost worthy. What a small nice hotel this is with such extremely friendly staff. So helpful and sitting in the lobby bar inspires so much and you really feel you welcome to this place. Efficient as well and so friendly in any communication via e-mails before and after. Highly recommended and what a cool atmosphere of the whole place. Dont miss this if in Cologne...

Arrived at hotel to be met by a very friendly receptionist, who was quick and effective with check in. The room was average size, was quiet, comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day. The location of hotel is great, beside the underground and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and other places of interest. I would stay at this hotel again....

The Hotel is well located, very clean and stylish.The Staff is really friendly and goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We felt super welcome when we checked in.Rarely seen someone so smiley and happy to check us in.Especially the Breakfast team was super nice, and happy to share some good shopping tips.
