Where to start. From the moment we walked in we had a horrible experience. The front of house manager her name is Julia huhn I think first asked for our passports. There was not hello or how are you. It was about 1.30pm. So I gave my passport and then I said would it be possible to check in early, as I had also emailed a day before and requested this. Julias reply was no your room isnt ready. Hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of all the Christmas markets. This was our second time staying here, we also stayed here in December 2023.
Our room was a nice enough size. The TV doesnt have any English channels and although it shows its a smart TV, it wouldnt allow us to connect to it. We were walking around 10 miles a day, so it would have been nice if we could relax in bed with some E...

Perfect hotel to explore Cologne

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Room was all we needed with a nice view of the Cathedral. It was ideally located to explore the city.
Staff were friendly and mostly, helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
Lab 12 nice for a drink in the evening - best to reserve a seat.
Only let down was a really long wait to check in but wasnt a major issue....

Great all round.

Absolutely amazing. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are lovely and the breakfast buffet is the best I have ever been to. The location is great to walking to the Cologne Church and the city center. On site parking is great. Definitely stay there again....

We recently stayed (again) for 1 night at the Pullman hotel in Cologne. The hotel is well located and it looks quite good from the outside. There was a young lady at the reception who was not very friendly. She said we would get an upgrade, but the room was actually the same as the room provided, just on a higher floor with a view of the Cathedral. Anyway, the room.
