What a surprise this was, increadible breakfast with lots of healthy, hearty and local choices. Clean rooms with all the necessities and a view! Very friendly staff including a remarkable guest relation team. Stayed for 3 nights in a group of 6 friends. Staff were polite and efficient, lots of choice for breakfast and at the bar. Rooms are clean and spacious. Two minor faults were the key cards failed on a few occasion (probably an isolated issue due to outage) and the air con takes a good while to cool the room.
Excellent overall would stay again if visiting Koln....

It was one of the most comfortable trips for us, to staying in NH collection Mediapark hotel. Staffs treasure our experience of staying, in other words, they do care about their guesses as human being, not only to make the work done. Hotel was nicely appointed and lovely staff with great breakfast, in particular Jan Baumert front office manager was the next level! We cant thank him enough, helping us with our train journey to Munich. Our train had changed and with no seat booked, Jan downloaded the DB App patiently walking me thru. Serious flaws make it hard to sleep

This would be a wonderful hotel except for the following serious issues:
1. There is an obnoxiously loud 2-second mechanical vibrating noise every few minutes when the air conditioner is running. I'm told this is the water pump. All the rooms for each of the people in our party had this problem, and all of us said we had a hard time sleeping because of it. I've never experienced anything like it in any hotel.
