Nice clean hotel , rooms clean and comfortable, the fridge was stocked with a few bits which was a nice touch and not too expensive
Friendly staff and welcome
Breakfast plentiful and very good
Location is pretty bang on a matter of minutes to walk to the centre...

Lovely hotel, nice rooms and the pool was good. The fitness area was also pretty big and decently equipped.
The check in staff was pretty rude and not very welcoming. They made a few mistakes which can occur, but their whole attitude about it was poor and non apologetic....

Lindner Koln Central Station

5 minutes to the central station. Clean, large room, friendly staff, quite location. First time stay at Lindner and will stay more in Europe....

Watch out for being charged twice - hard to get money back

The hotel itself is well situated and the rooms are pleasant.
However, if you do stay here I strongly urge you to check your bank accounts. We were asked to provide a card on arrival and when we left. Both were charged and after a month of chasing we had to settle this through our bank meaning we never got the full amount back. So essentially we overpaid due to their carelessness....

very very nice and clean, all employees are really nice food is good, overall a nice pace to stay in Cologne...
