Very nice hotel, conveniently located a very short walk from the central train station. They accommodated a very early check in which was much appreciated after an international flight and train journey. All around excellent service from all staff members I encountered. Room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again....

The location of hotel and breakfast are excellent. Ideal for business travel however for family trip is so so.front desk staff are so friendly and supporting. Hotel is close to shopping malls and favorable for dining out.My special thanks goes to Mr. Badr at front desk for his supports and speaking many different languages....

Close to the Train station, Hop on Hop off stop and the Cathedral. Food close by. Restaurant in hotel- Pidgeon Post.
Breakfast was amazing with plenty of variety to choose from.
Plenty of space in the room and a view of the cathedral.
Th city of churches....

We stayed here for a weekend break to cologne, and had a great experience. Despite arriving early we were able to check in which made a forest day flow so much smoother! The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. All the staff were super welcoming and helpful whenever we interacted with them. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, we will definitely be recommending to friends ...

Arriving from Dresden at 11pm after a harrowing day with Deutsche Bahn, I was somewhat frazzled. A 6 hour train trip had turned into 9 hours. I was greeted by Ruth at the Reception Desk. No doubt I was eager to unload my travel troubles.
