Great location near everything

Visiting for the 2024 Christmas Markets and having stayed at this Hilton in years past, knew that it was in center of everything, but at same time a few blocks from all of the people and noise.
Hotel has a fantastic breakfast buffet to start your day and front desk is great with any questions you may have.
We cannot wait to return....

After arriving in Cologne at the hotel, we realized we left our iPad back in Zurich. Upon approaching the front desk, we informed trainee David Haass of our predicament, and he informed us he was there to help.
He suggested we get something to eat at the hotel's restaurant, while he explored how to have the iPad shipped to us. Whilst dining, he came to inform us that he had called the Holiday Inn in Zurich and spoke ...

Friendly and welcoming staff

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was in a great location for visiting the Christmas markets.
The staff were friendly, especially David on reception. David did his job with such enthusiasm and always went the extra mile. He is a credit to the hotel and the Hilton brand.
David was especially friendly to our four year old child.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Hilton in cologne.

Excellent location for sightseeing , the Cathedral and Christmas markets .
Hotel was clean , breakfast was a good varied selection and plentiful ( but!! Only if you arrived early )!
Staff were very pleasant on reception and in the restaurant and bar.
Unfortunate points:-
1. We had need to ask for the room to be cleaned on one occasion- this was completed immediately.
2. Bar meal never arrived! This was noticed...

Very large hotel very well situated for train station, cathedral and christmas markets.
Room was clean, adequate size and tea and coffee making facilities in room. Bed comfortable.
Theres a restaurant but we didnt use it and we didnt book breakfast as we like to please ourselves when we get up.
Our room was at back of hotel right next to residential flats. Think the hotel service area must have been at the back also...
