Excellent hotel. Excellent hotel the room was very good and spacious and was cleaned daily. And prompt service by the concierge. I will be visiting again. Breakfast was excellent dining area was very spacious. A lot of local amenities near by....

Well appointed rooms, spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms is quite good too. Some of the rooms are noisy because of the location of the hotel. Chek in personnel was very friendly but check out was a different story. We ask for a taxi but he didn't share the destination with the taxi driver and took us to a different cruise terminal. It is well located to visit Cologne....

The hotel is located at the Heumarkt- a great location in central Köln with a tram stop and underground station. Close to Dom and the main railway station. 5 minutes walk from the river. There is a Rewe grocery store next door. Dorint is a chain and the hotel has a corporate feel but there are plenty of tourists. Its clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The Dorint is located near many of the attractions in Cologne. I found Cologne to be an easily walkable city with friendly people and very good restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant was very good, but the menu offered a limited number of items. The bar and restaurant staffs were excellent, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Very decent hotel that is my yearly base camp for Gamescom. Very good location for old town Cologne, 5 minute walk from Heumarkt and all the restaurants near the Rhine. Clean and modern rooms, normal size, good business amenities. To get to the Messe you need to take public transport.
