Lovely room looking at Lake Michigan, comfy beds, nice bathroom - modern and clean. Very nice minibar options! Yes, I indulged. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant despite service being a little slow - overall, enjoyed my stay and would come back....

Nicole T at reception is the sweetest, most professional, and very diligent. She was extremely kind and a joy to talk to. We havent even left the beautiful lobby but our stay is already positive and we will definitely be staying here again. We love the area and across the street is the best espresso martini ever!...

A shout out to Kaylee at the front desk of Chicagos Thompson Hotel for making our long weekend stay so nice. She secured a beautiful room for us with a spectacular view and gave us great advice on what to see and do. Looking forward to visiting again soon....

The hotel staff is amazing and we loved our stay. Very clean, safe, and great location! We were there for a concert and it was so easy to get around plus there are lots of late night options for food.
We loved waking up to the lake view and cant wait to stay there again!...
