Marbina took great care of our 400 person conference. He ensured everything ran smoothly and was always in communication with us. We enjoyed being at the Swissotel and hope to come back. The staff and service was great for the entirety of the event....

River view room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Decor is modern and comfortable.
All was as expected for a top rated brand.
Hotel is convenient to downtown and restaurants (taxi ride in cold or wet weather.)
Hotel bar was nice, but pricey as is to be expected - bartender was knowledgable, friendly and skilled.

Our stay at the Swissotel was fabulous. Our room was specular and the views even better. Our suite was so comfortable after a long day of walking about town. The check in was smooth, the front desk people were extremely helpful in getting us tickets to the boat architect tour (which was a great recommendation). Great location & outstanding customer service: from a warm welcome, a nice room upgrade with a fantastic view on the river walk, friendly gestures up to a late check-out, the hotel and its team gave me an outstanding guest experience. I can highly recommend the Swissotel Chicago....
