I love the swissotel always stay here I love the worker very respectful the hotel has a great view the rooms are beautiful the bed are soft and daisy is a great host she provided is with everything we needed to know the hotel and places to eat and e joy our stay host...

Good hotel. Visited from Uzk, stayed 4 nights December 2024. Location short walk to attractions. Room large and comfortable.
no water in room. Coffee pods, although creamer only on check in and not topped up! House keeping didn't come until 1630 on day one, did improve on further says.
Hotel includes a resort fee on 25usd plus tax, for free WiFi etc, why they feel they need to charge. Does include a 15 dollar credit ...

Beautiful hotel! Checked with Daisy who was very helpful & accommodating! there was a slight issue with booking suite and was very helpful. As well Miriam! Would highly recommend staying here!
