Loved this hotel from the moment we entered the lobby! Bright, uncluttered, everything seemed to have a purpose. Easy check in process with a smile, lovely room and modern bathroom. Really enjoyed the better-than expected breakfast with many choices! Loved the location right off Michigan Avenue and so close to many restaurants and sights to see. We shall return!!...

This was our first stay at this hotel and we loved it. The room was spacious, clean and had a nice view. The rooftop bar was closed during our stay. The lobby bar is expensive but we enjoyed stopping for a quick drink and snack. The breakfast buffet is amazing! We would definitely stay here again. Room service refused to clean my room, they would only clean one side of the room. They never took out the trash and the Wi-Fi does not work. Beautiful property however ....

Hotel was great value for money, especially with the wonderful buffet breakfast included that had something for everyone. Wonderful location as well, right in the middle of Michigan Ave. My only downside was we booked two 2 queen bed rooms and the beds were stuck together, wouldve preferred them to be separated but other than that minor issue it was a brilliant stay and Id highly recommend it to anyone....

We wanted to have a bit of luxury for a few days, treat ourselves over the Xmas holiday, and we couldnt have picked a better place. Lovely rooms, great bar and wonderful breakfast buffet. Would stay again without a doubt. ...
