One of the worst hotel stays weve ever had. Deserves a 1 star rating. Very basic hotel accommodations (think hostel). Only 1 working elevator the entire stay. We had to carry our bags up and down 14 flights of stairs. No doorman or assistance available. Very nice front desk staff but other housekeeping staff would not engage at all. Bed was comfortable. Accommodations little small, but clean and comfortable. Staff is VERY friendly, helpful, customer service oriented. Restaurant kind of expensive (like Chicago), but really good service and food. Great location. Would stay again. Staff is really super here. Involved manager Mike....

No hot water!

They had no hot water. We had to call down 2-3 times for them to turn it on. When on, hot water only lasted 5 min. This was a problem with multiple rooms during the winter.
Radiator/AC/Heat was exceptionally loud at night and made big banging noises.
Noise from the hallway can be heard perfectly from your room.
This is a cheap hotel. Fine for a night but no longer. It was clean and safe. Otherwise, leaves a lot...

We were visiting family in central Chicago and wanted to stay close by. This hotel was a great find! Hotel staff were wonderful! Location just perfect and our room was so comfortable. Chicago never sleeps but we did and quite well!! We will stay again!...

Lovely hotel

Lovely room but compact. Small bathroom with a great shower. Great location for Magnificent Mile designer shops. Lovely helpfull staff. The only downside was the bed which was very high and quite hard and I ended up with painful sciatica in my back....
