do not ever go here with family or children as marijuana, alcohol, partying, and a lack of customer safety are the hallmarks of this hotel. the valets are super unreliable and the staff are not only rude but willing to lie and steal your money and not tell you....

Stayed here with my wife for a weekend getaway. We were given a clean and modern hotel room with great views on the 25th floor. The room overall was great. The beds were comfy, but the pillows were the usual hotel pillows that went flat quickly. Just a heads up, the bathroom door is barn door style and doesn't close all the way, so showering can wake up your partner. We thought this hotel was decently priced compar...

I just wanted to express my disappointment with out visit. I booked this hotel because of the proximity to the magnificent mile and the many great reviews of how nice the rooms were. They said the rooms were floor to ceiling glass which they appear to be on most rooms but the ones in back. Clean, sleek, modern room. Very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly enough. Fantastic walkability and close to public transit. The only con was they restricted access to the balconies. Im assuming due to the upcoming DNC, which is understandable. Would stay again....

Our corner Panoramic King room on the 24th floor was smaller than what I was expecting but adequate for a short stay. It was very clean with a modern industrial vibe. The hallways are quite dark.
