Overpriced, shoddy, old and dirty

NOTHING about this hotel is 4 star.
Shoddy decor, old and dirty, corridors to the rooms unheated, old room and dated bathroom even though we supposedly had a superior room. Scratchy stained towels, low quality linens and hard pillows. Completely overpriced, should be a 2 star.
When I mentioned this to the manager he was completely dismissive and suggested I contact Sowell management.
Do not stay here unless you want ...

The services were great. The staff friendly and helpful. Mr. Moynul, who was in the restaurant floor was simply excellent. He understands customer services. Many thank you for making our restaurant experience great. Again, overall, great experience....

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel and ideally located for access to all areas, particularly Cite de Carcassonne. Clean room and amazing views. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful and plenty of cafes, restaurants and cake shops in close proximity....

Le Chevaliers is very well located for both the medieval city and the ville de Carcassonne. The hotel is also very well situated close to a drop of point for the airport shuttle bus (Le Dome). Whilst our rooms were clean and very comfortable 229 and 329 are right next to the lift shaft which was quite disturbing particularly from about 6am, the view is also over a back yard at the rear of the hotel. Hotel is situated next to bridge to old town with an excellent view. Rooms were tied looking and not very clean. We had dust on walls near the balcony entrance. On our stay room was not cleaned and product not restocked. Towels were dirty, old and thin....
