Beds were very comfortable. It's was a bit warm in there, but i do like a cold room. The rooms were big for a twin room, plus the shower was a walking in. Which was reasonable as well. There was so much choice for the breakfast. Loved the pancake machine. Everyone was so friendly. I hadn't realised the building held 2 hotels. The bar shuts at 11, the prices of the drinks were reasonable for a hotel.

For a 3 star hotel, the room was fine and the bathroom was clean, room service tidied and changed sheets & towels daily.
However we had a few issues:
- Was given a twin single ved instead of a double bed as ordered.
- the reservation was only logged on their system as 1 night rather than 5 nights. No idea who was at fault as we received conflicting information before the issue was resolved.

We staid recently in this hotel (August) and the air conditioning was very bad we asked maintenance to look at it and they said it was working ok lol, we could not sleep at all! We did not move to another hotel do it was paid in advance :(, also, the room was not cleaned well. Location is good however, the restaurant prices are quite high...

We stayed as a family with our child. A very cozy and comfortable hotel. The rooms are of sufficient size. The employees are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good. The location is very good. Fisherman's Bastion is within walking distance. Very close to public transportation. It can be easily reached by tram, bus and metro. ...

Been here before, Reception Staff are good, bar staff nice, plenty choices at breakfast (6.30-11am), location is great on Buda side, 10 min walk to bottom of Buda Castle, 8-10 in Taxi to Pest side .The Room was clean, Bathroom clean, but under the bed the carpet needed a hoover big time hence 1 star off plus the carpet had bad pink stains outside Bathroom ...However great hotel nice decor..also attached to Mercure wh...
