Fabulous Hotel !

We loved our stay in this fabulous hotel. Excellent central location just behind the river !
Room was fantastic, great facilities. Super comfy bed and fabulous shower ! Had everything we needed for a short break in Budapest. We would Def stay here again and recommend!
Very friendly, helpful staff.
Hotel walkable to all main attractions and tram stops, river boats, bars and restaurants....

Very slow to respond, and difficult to trust with personal items that get left behind. No effort to look for it.

Very very disappointed with the staff. I left my coat in our room during check out. We checked at at 12 noon, but was set to be picked up by a car service to be driven to our next destination at 5pm. Housekeeping had all the time to get back to me regarding my coat in the room closet and they never did. After realizing I had left the coat in ZENIT upon arriving in Vienna, I called the hotel, and they were very very v...

What a beautiful gem of a hotel, very easy access to the river cruise boats and trams lots of shopping in a modern district fabulous restaurants locally!
The staff are lovely very friendly and extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble.
We were able to check in straight away on arrival from our early morning flight.
Pablo and his colleagues on the reception were so kind and helpful....

The scene pictured is the courtyard converted into a hotel lobby by the glass roof. It is within walking distance of the E100 express bus form the airport, but we did not use this bus because it was a very hot day. Our room was not ready until 30 minutes past the check-in time, so I requested 30 minutes late check out, and this was granted. Room and ensuite excellent. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Booked in April 3 rooms for 6 adults. 4 days before we are due to arrive they try and take payment from my credit card without the 3 digit security pin so I have idea how they expect to take payment? My bank then blocked the card, the hotel messaged me to tell I had 24hrs to add a new card or unblock the card. This was done within an hour. I then spent the whole day trying to c...
