We had a late check-in due to a late flight and the hotel made it easy for us to check in. We were welcomed with a free upgrade as well as champagne as it was my partners birthday. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Even at breakfast I requested if they had other meats as I don't eat pork and the lady kindly gave me a plate of chicken ham. We were very satisfied with the UP hotel. Staff were extremely polite. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel and rooms are very clean.
The good points are:

Amazing hotel, clean, fresh, staff here are incredible and always happy to help with anything second to none :)
Farmers market on a Saturday is brilliant with lots of locals selling local produce and more
Fantastic location very close to local metro and trams.
We visited many places the Christmas markets were fantastic, the castle, parliament, so much history and beautiful.

Modern clean & upmarket hotel for an affordable price. Breakfast was good but omelettes not so good this morning. Different chef to day before but overall fresh crisp pasteries & hot food. Lovelly staff so friendly helpful & informative. Highly recommend this hotel for their standards & quality. Definitely would return !!!...
