Just come back from a stay at this hotel in the presidential suite, I cant recommend this hotel enough, good location, really friendly staff, the people on reception cant do enough to help you, even the house keepers were fantastic, we took our little boy & when we got home from being out one day theyd even washed his bottles up, the room was amazing, lovely & clean, everything was perfect, thanks so much for a lo...

Excellent service, very friendly and helpfull staff, atmosphere was a blast because of the cafe downstairs! I cant eait to come back, its the best spot to stay when you go to Budapest!
Another thing is the quarter wheres situated as it has a super nice nightlife and is packed with all kind of bars and galleries and pretty streets! 🤍...

Presidential Suite - hotel location great bit hotel need major improvements

We stayed in the Presidential Suite which consists of three floors and the largest suite in the hotel.
First impression of the hotel was great; fantastic location, cool vibe, helpful staff at reception.
The disappointment came when we got to the suite; as we walked in the entrance carpet was soaking wet (squishy noise when you walked on it and whole suite smelt damp) and general cleanliness was not what I expect...

The hotel had a really fun vibe and is in a great location! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. We really loved the restaurant downstairs as well. The only downside was the air conditioning didnt push air upstairs very well in our suite and it got a little warm at night....
