Definitely not 4 star at a push 2. Stayed for 4nights. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Restaurant staff non communicative and never looked happy. Room very hot despite air conditioning. The only thing cleaners did was changed towels. Hairdryer didnt work properly. Shower screen dirty with ripped curtain. Lack of soap for washing and only 2 hangers in cupboard. Hotel based in a run down area with quite a distanc...

Awful hotel NOT a 4 star

Absolutely awful! We are here at the Moment and this is NOT a 4 star hotel and no where near!! Its dirty, the rooms were not at all what is expected. Very basic and moved rooms now 3 times. The final room stinks of sewage but after moving room to room I have come to realise they are all awful.
Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend at all to come here unless you want to stay in a travel lodge.

Nice hotel despite the reviews as I was dreading staying here! Rooms clean and comfortable. Only downside was the music outside our room as the speaker was directly outside of our door and the telephone not working to call reception. Breakfast not the best but we weren't hungry...

Ideal hotel for touring Budapest

Great basic hotel right next to station with great links to all major sights of Budapest. Rooms are basic and clean but absolutely fine if you're out and about touring all day. Breakfast had a good selection and staff were friendly. If you want a good value hotel when touring Budapest, this is a good choice....

Here at minute after a well needed break and have said this is no where near a 4 star more like a 2 star, very disappointed but say its a bed for the night. How do places get away with advertising a 4star when they are far from it. Breakfast dosnt cater for most people beds are uncomfortable.
