We had done the fast check out as we knew we had nothing to pay for and needed to get to the airport quickly. Upon a routine check of my credit card on my banking app the day after we got back, I had a £35 charge to my credit card from the hotel. Exceptional stay! The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even arranging a lovely river cruise for us. The entire hotel was spotless, and the service was top-notch. Well definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Its modern and very clean. The staff was super helpful, especially at the reception. The breakfast offered a high selection of quality food, which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it!...

I had a really good stay here. I booked it as it was part of the Accor group. It is in a great location, I walked everywhere so cant comment on the public transport options. It was impeccably clean, I found all the staff very helpful and professional. My room was lovely, lots of choice at the breakfast and I think the price I paid was very fair....

Former Hard Rock Hotel Budapest

I visited it before changing the name It used to be Hard Rock Hotel Budapest .The service was perfect with friendly staff and tasty food(Breakfast and Dinner)
The room was comfortable with a king size bed.
Finally has a food bar with a view of the city....
