We are supposed to have two complementary bottled water every night but only one was provided. We called the front desk to ask for one more and the staff insisted extra fee is required for one extra bottle. My friend has been telling the staff three times on phone that we only got one bottle after room service but the staff even asked my friend to go down to the reception to pick up one bottle if w...

Had a great stay here. The hotel has a unique vibe, modern, stylish. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient. The rooms were modern and comfortable, could be a bit bigger but in the city centre it is more than fine. Convenient location for exploring the city. Would definitely return!...

Beautiful, stylist hotel in an ideal location, and staff very friendly and helpful. Central to the city and walking distance to all places or near to transport stops. Lovely breakfast, lots to choose from and lovely bar. Rooms were clean and modern. Highly recommend...

ok so this was booked back in February, at the time we booked the Hard Rock Hotel.
we only found out this had changed to the Pullman when we arrived at Budapest airport and booked a Taxi to Hard Rock, it was only then that we were advised the hotel had changed name ? surely a courtesy email from either Hard rock or Pullman in advance would have been good.
