- huge smell in the room
- old furniture
- poor breakfast in a basement without windows
- the bathroom facilities were poor
- you can find much better accommodations in Budapest
- absolutely not worth the price
- we had accommodation in a Panorama suite on the top floor - It's not worth it at all for that price....

Hotel looks nice but not the rooms.
No fridge, no microwave, no view.
Coffee machine & wifi not working!
No wine was offered to me as mentioned on your website for gold member !
Quite a walk to the Fashion Walk (about 30 mins)
The only good thing during my stay was the front desk staff I met called Enikö....

I've given myself a week to review this hotel as I wanted to digest a few issues . The hotel is in a fantastic position to walk to many of the tourist attractions and fantastic restaurants this beautiful city has to offer . The area and surroundings has a nice vibe and, more importantly, very safe to stroll around day and night . Our first room 243 ( superior double with sofa bed ) was very nice . The problem was it ...

Unbarable hot rooms with no airflow

The room lacks natural light, and the window cannot be opened as it overlooks an inner courtyard covered by a glass rooftop. The heat is unbearable, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere with little airflow. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. The brekfast is below average for a 4 star hotel. To be avoided. ...

Fabulous trip

This hotel is in an excellent location for everything, within five minutes walk to the sights and within 15 minute walk to the bridges to go across to the castle.
Theres 100s of restaurants within 5/10 minutes walk. Everywhere we ate was brilliant, Hungarian food is delicious.
Check-in was brilliant, the staff were very informative and pleasant.
