This hotel is in a perfect location, next door to the opera house, very short walk to ferries wheel, Christmas markets, shops, st Stephen's basilica.
Breakfast was great everything you need bacon toast, coffee machine with syrup, sausage, eggs, pastries.
Stayed here with a 2 year old, great service friendly staff, beds comfy lots of room, room very clean and staff couldn't be helpful enough.

What a fab hotel, right in the middle of downtown but, was never disturbed by outside noise, lovely room with everything we needed especially after a long day sightseeing, breakfast has plenty of choice, hit and cold options available, lovely touch having mulled wine and snacks available but the thing that made it for us was the lovely, attentive staff, nothing was to much trouble, weather that be an extra pillow or ...

Fantastic location with delicious breakfast and attentive, friendly staff. We stayed during Halloween, and the hotels decorations added a wonderful festive touch to the experience. The staff went above and beyond by setting up fun decorations throughout the hotel, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Lovely friendly hotel close to the Opera House (who knew) and easy walking distance to the City Centre. Not luxurious but clean, tidy, quiet and very friendly staff who were excellent ant going suggestions for places to eat, surrounded by many eating and drinking places....

Fantastic hotel in the centre of town. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice. Rooms were clean and modern, and ours had a little kitchenette which was great for making drinks and keeping food and snacks fresh in the fridge. The staff were helpful and friendly.
