The hotel is located centrally and is very near to bus and metro stations. The transportation available right in front of the hotel takes you to all major tourist attractions without the need to change.
The restaurant hall is very beautiful - charming style from the imperial period of Austro-Hungary. Exquisite décor details that are a feast to the eyes.

Good location. Clean rooms. Would have been nice if breakfast was included, or at least not so expensive. Would probably stay again due to nice location and price. There was only one thing that really annoyed me. We had a room overlooking the street, and wanted to open the windows to be able to look outside, up and down the street. It was clean and semi good location. Thats about the only good things but theyre very important. The hvac is wild. Some rooms are super hot! And some rooms have a bathtub and others dont. Depending who your housekeeper is will depend on if you get bottled water daily. I didnt but my friend on another floor did....

Potentially Worst Hotel I've Stayed at

I stayed there recently, and after 2 days I received an extra charge for cleaning fees stating that there was urine in the bed. Ironically, I hadn't even slept in the bed as it was disgusting, and I ended up staying at a friend's house nearby after the hotel claimed there was a mattress topper... There wasn't, and even if there was, that doesn't mean it's suitable for sleeping on.

We stayed at Novotel for 3 nights in October with an unbelievable horrible service.Though it claims to be a 4 star plus hotel,the service is worse than a boutique hotel.
They had stopped the air-conditioning of the hotel because of which all the rooms were very stuffy and suffocating.
Almost 80-90%of the guests had this complaint but the hotel did nothing about starting the air conditioning.
