Just perfect. Breakfast was really good. We received a delicious cake in our room for my husband birthday. An unexpected kindness. Direct access to New York Cafe. Kitchen with everything you need. Clean and confortable. Gym free and spa ( torta pay)....

Despite the issue with the hotel linens, the hotel team ensured an equivalent room change and handled the situation with professionalism. Despite my initial disappointment, this hotel managed to turn my opinion around, making it one of the highest-rated stays I've had. Excellent service, rooms, and overall experience. Thank you!...

Great hotel with flexibility

Short stay but cannot fault anything at this hotel. Our room had everything to make this a home from home or a luxury stay by using facilities at the Anantara New York Palace. Breakfast was served in lobby and supplied from Anantara, great choice of continental and hot food. Staff at hotel friendly and helpful. Many places of interest to walk to without great stress....

Had a great few days here and found it met all needs. The location is good but in a slightly run down part of town. Easy to get around on foot to most attractions. The room was good and was great to have the kitchen. The layout of the bathroom was a little odd. One issue was that there was no ice machine accessible anywhere and had to order it up.
