For someone that enjoys the proximity to the city centre & central locations, this property certainly checks the box.. and next to staff courtesy, everything good stops short (and this coming from an Accor ALL member!)

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my daughter whilst visiting the Xmas markets. The location of the hotel is perfect as walking distance to all the markets and also the river Danube . Check in was quick , rooms adequate for a city location and the hotel well maintained. We had breakfast included which was plentiful , fresh and a variety of choices . The hotel has a nice bar . We have just come back from this hotel after a long weekend in Budapest, and we chose this because of its location.
Which is 10/10 when it comes to the location, it is near the bus stop from the airport shuttle, close to the Christmas market and close to the Danube and other restaurants.
When first entering the hotel it looks stunning and it is, all warm and charming.

A perfectly fine short stay hotel reminiscent of an airport hotel. The room was clean, the people friendly and the location great. The room was small, overly warm with the window being open the only way to cool things down, then noisy if you did this....

Room excellent, clean, warm and comfortable! Cleaning staff efficient & quick. Breakfast was tasty, lots of it and the breakfast room staff ever ready to help. Well be returning. The reception staff were extremely helpful, had fantastic English skills and booked all our excursions for us. Top marks to Mercure....
