Hotel Moments is a super hotel in the heart of the City. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Language is no issue as they speak excellent English. The breakfast is delicious with a wide range of choice. We very much enjoyed our stay in Budapest and would thoroughly recommend the City and Hotel Moments. They even treated my wife to a card, a little bottle of fizz and some chocolate to celebrate her 60th birthday....

Have an excellent stay during Christmas at the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect.
The staff were great and very helpful! Excellent breakfast and very nice dinner at Zenivia restaurant!
We have checked out early in the morning and we really appreciate that the staff prepared for each of us and our 1 year old daughter, a bag with breakfast for our trip!...

Hotel Moments is one of the few hotels that look much better in person than in the website pictures. The rooms are lovely and quiet with nice views from the windows. The motorized black out drapes were wonderful and the resultant dark room was great for sleep to get over jet lag. I love the opera and it was pure heaven to be able to walk to it in minutes. global prestations were nearly perfect along with a dedicated and efficient staff,idealy located downtown.A very good surprise in a beautiful town rich with history..........Will certainly come back in summer!...

What a wonderful hotel!! Not only is the hotel gorgeous from the foyer, lounge area, restaurant and room, but our expectations were exceeded with all of the extra touches like coffee machines in the lounge area accessible 24hrs a day and even mulled wine in the afternoon/evenings available free of charge!
