Unfortunately I chose to use tge shower after a flight from the UK.Immediately upon turning the water on the shiny gloss plastic shower tray caused me to slip and fall backwards through the door onto the tiled floor.I sustained bruising and banged my head on the floor and was lucky not to have knocked myself out.I informed hotel management that I thought the shower tray was dangerous but only got the response what d...

Being a block off the main drag made it much quieter. Only 2 blocks from the cathedral and about the same to the opera house. Book the tour in English in advance....or your may not get it. It's worth it. The breakfast area doubles as a lobby so not a lot of "lounging" space. Didn't eat breakfast as we were just flying in with a 6 hr time change....

As a wheelchair user, I found the 12Revay hotel to be an excellent choice. It is very conveniently situated close to major sights. The Opera House is at one end of the street while the Basilica is at the end of the other. There are bars and restaurants all around. Stayed at this centrally located hotel. Around 40 minutes drive from the airport. Rooms were clean and spacious. Reception team warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nicely adequate. There is a bar on the ground floor which served a good selection of drinks....

12 Revay is a spacious and comfortable hotel in right in the heart of Budapest, between Deak ter and the Opera. It's also got a dental clinic there although I wasn't there for that. Very helpful and friendly staff, a comfortable and spacious room and a good breakfast. I will probably return on my next visit....
