We stayed here for 2 nights in December in a double standard room.
We had booked it over 6 months in advance but due to an issue with Wizz air (dont use them ever) changing the flight by 12 hours we had to rearrange the hotel stays. Hotels.com who we booked through were really unhelpful
and kept blaming the hotel. I contacted the hotel directly and they were so helpful. They really didnt need to do anything but th...

This is a well located, modern hotel with attentive staff and English spoken throughout the hotel. The room was clean and the hotel overall looked as thought it had recently been refurbished.

This hotel is literally steps from St Stephen's Cathedral! It's very close to pretty much any of the highlights of Budpest! My room was a typical european hotel room, small and exceptionally efficient! It was very clean and warm. The breafast was exceptional!!! There were many protiens including meat, egg and cheeses. Unfortunately I chose to use tge shower after a flight from the UK.Immediately upon turning the water on the shiny gloss plastic shower tray caused me to slip and fall backwards through the door onto the tiled floor.I sustained bruising and banged my head on the floor and was lucky not to have knocked myself out.I informed hotel management that I thought the shower tray was dangerous but only got the response what d...

Great location. Quiet and welcoming. Friendly staff.

Being a block off the main drag made it much quieter. Only 2 blocks from the cathedral and about the same to the opera house. Book the tour in English in advance....or your may not get it. It's worth it. The breakfast area doubles as a lobby so not a lot of "lounging" space. Didn't eat breakfast as we were just flying in with a 6 hr time change....
