Fantastic central location.
Comfortable bed, powerful shower.
Rooms very clean and serviced daily, cleaning staff friendly.
Excellent reception staff service, helpful and professional - particularly Kate who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Welcoming of our infant.
Able to organise airport transfer via the hotel.
Range of choice at breakfast.
Very good value.
Woken on two nights due to persist...

Nice hotel in the very center of the city

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city close to all touris attractions. Public transport is close, parking may be a problem. The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Staff is kind, breakfast is rich and delicious....

Our stay began very positively at the registration desk, with excellent service from Adam, and then Kristen, who both went above and beyond, were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Fantastic location, walkable to restaurants, food shopping, attractions, the Danube River, and more. Comfortable, well appointed room. Good, included breakfast buffet each morning. Would stay here again....

Good location but not VFM in our case.

Location was very good and check-in smooth. We were offered un upgrade (for a fee) which we declined as we were only staying 3 nights and from the photos and description of our room, we felt it would be good enough.
Room was clean and tidy and was big enough for us (Room 105).
Due to having no extractor fan in the bathroom it smelt a little damp but was clean with a small bath which was a bonus for soaking aching b...
