Dont be fooled by the photos this is nowhere near a 4-star hotel. The whole experience felt like a scam. When we arrived, the room was disgusting: sticky brown stuff on the bathroom floor, hairs everywhere, and dried-up white liquid on the walls. We complained, but they told us cleaning staff wouldnt be available until the next morning! After insisting, they gave us a different room, which was just as bad pubic...

The rooms look out at an inner courtyard belonging to the hotel. We had a lot of problem with noise, people playing loud music at night and at day, people smoking outside of their windows while drinking and screaming at night. It was really distressing and the hotel staff seemingly couldn't deal with the situation: they said they cannot tell which room the noise is coming from even after showing videos of the people ...

Misleading price fixing at Exe Budapest Center

I recently stayed at the Exe Budapest Center and was extremely disappointed with my experience, especially given the exorbitant price of 500 per night for a normal double room. As I already stayed there before, I knew the state of the rooms. I made a reservation as I don't mind spending a bit on luxury. Nevertheless, when I saw the price, I was sure they renovated the hotel. They did not.

This is an awful place to be. The hotel is not clean. The pictures shown on the website are very deceptive. There is no bar or any other facilities that they have pictures of. We wanted to change or cancel the booking as we were very disappointed. The reception staff was very rude and arrogant. The boy named Quader didn't care if we gave the hotel zero stars. This hotel was excellent and everything we needed. Lovely large spacious rooms and clean. All the staff were very pleasant anything we asked they knew and nothing was a problem. In a great location as well to do all the tourist things!! Enjoyed my visit...
