The hotel was lovely. Even though there was a stressful occason where they couldnt get the keycards to work on our room, they more than made up for it with the service thereafter, by upgading our rooms and providing free drinks etc. Assel in particular was very good!...

Great location, nice property, very clean, excellent breakfast. Room was sufficient. Lobby area had water option and amazing coffee machine, best expresso I have had in Europe so far including my river cruise (was not as good) nice local Hungarian bar/restaurant across street in courtyard, downstairs. Would recommend ...

Uummm, where to begin! Actual building and location was beautiful. The little square oozes ombience and charm. That's where the compliments end. Dispite advertised as a bonus, no hot drinks in room, no English speaking TV (not even subtitles). Lift seemed to not want to go to the 4th floor and waiting outside for the lift for 5mins + became the norm. Breakfast: total disaster, don't bother. No coffee making facility...

This hotel advertised that a junior suite included a bath, kettle, and a coffee maker and "space divided into multiple areas".
All the above didn't exist in our alleged junior suite.
After we unpacked we were offered an alternative room on another floor which may have been a junior suite. However, that would have separated us from our travelling companions so we declined. (Their room was a genuine junior suite -...

The nicest hotel iv ever stayed in! It was clean, cozy and the comfiest bed iv ever slept in. The staff were amazing too! The only complaint is that the breakfast wasn't labelled like vegan/veggie etc but everything else was fab x can't wait to come back...
