The Crowne Plaza Budapest has a direct access to the Westend Mall - it is in a lovely location in the city.
The staff are lovely, and upgraded my room for free which was one of the lovely spacious suites. Id love to have stayed longer in this property because it was so cosy and accommodating.

We had a great experience. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and modern. The gym was 24/7 with new machines, basic but clean and bright. The sauna is small but functional. The best aspect of the hotel is the service, especially at the breakfast bar where Fiorella and the chef always greeted us with a smile and ready to help accommodate our requirements as vegans. Very large rooms with modern furnishings, just like the spacious bathroom. Finally a shower without functional problems and enough space. Super king-size bed with very good bed linen. Tea facilities are available and are replenished every day (tea, cocoa, instant coffee) as well as 2 chocolates and 2 bottles of mineral water.

We had a great experience. The hotel is close to the central train station which was ideal. The room was clean, and housekeeping checked in daily. Great breakfast buffet with fruits, variety of breads and they have also an additional menu, the staff Fio, Lilo and Gaby were awesome and we felt very welcoming. Worth every penny!...

We had a great time at Crowne Plaza Budapest! Thank you very much to Lajos and the rest of the team for their impeccable service! The breakfast was delicious and the room was always extra clean. Also, the location is great, the city center is only one stop with the underground. We would definitely come back!...
