This hotel is the bees knees of hotels! From the quick and efficient check in ( Thanks Vivien ️) to the smooth check-out it was simply wonderful. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. Free teas, coffees, biscuits and even chocolate was provided and refilled when used. Free safe, hairdryer iron and ironing board too. It's located right next to a big shopping mall and a main station. We never heard a sound which...

We stayed at this hotel in November 2024. The hotel is within walking distance from Budapest Nyugati and Westend shopping centre. The hotel has a connection to the shopping centre, but it needs our room swipe card to enter the hotel.
The room is spacious for European standard, and the window can be opened for fresh air. The bed is nice and firm, we were able sleep and rest.

I travel a lot and I also work in the hotel industry.
I am totally charmed to Crown Plazza Budapest
Firstly, location is perfect, close to metro line 3, with one easy connexion, at the terminus, to the airport bus. The area is also very pleasant, with 10 min walk to the magnificent Margaret Bridge and 20 min walk to the Houses of Parliament.
There is also tram lines at 5 min walk of the hotel.

Had a wonderful time staying at this property.
The hotel is very well maintained and very quiet even though its next to a busy road.
Absolutely no complaints about the food, the breakfast was lovely (although i would suggest better sausages), with lots of kids to eat including a donut wall, and fresh menu available to order. Dinner in the restaurant downstairs is very nice, and reasonably priced.

Great location and super nice and contemporary hotel. Breakfast is great! Gabriela was super friendly and informative about things we can do in the area and she is a great server. There is also a huge mall with a big food court walking distance. From the hotel.. the trim and train Services walking distance as well...
