Nice size rooms quiet side street , walkable to main shopping street a little overpriced for area can get a branded hotel on shopping street slightly cheaper. No early check but they did keep your bags for you. Good heating and WiFi kettle and hair dryer in room....

Lovely Hotel with Exceptional Staff!

We recently visited Budapest for my husbands 40th birthday and a well needed break and this hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It was quiet and seemed to be mainly adults. The hotel itself is in a great location, a short walk to the centre but gave us the chance to see and explore a little more. The hotel is clean, well presented and modern and the rooms are spacious and well kitted out.

Would definatly recommend this hotel, it was spotlessly clean . Rooms were modern and had everything you needed . Breakfast , was just right lots of choices. The location was perfect , short walk into the centre. The staff were really helpful , we had a problem with our shower and it was sorted within 10mins , couldnt ask for a better service and they were so apologetic . Fantastic hotel, reception always had a warm smile and greeting for you. Room was nice and well presented with everything you need. We liked to split duvet on the bed, made such a difference to our sleep.
Nice bar area aswell and open when ever you need it.
Breakfast was ok for our needs.
I would recommend this hotel to any of our friends....

Overall me and my partner really enjoyed our stay at the Charm Hotel in Budapest. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel was very well presented and clean. The breakfast included wasn't bad, the selection was small but enough to line your stomach for the day ahead.
