Before I was vomiting I would have given a poor review.
Maid came when we was in the room..even tho given many options when we was out.
When finally did come- did not clean bin.
Basic room for money
Breakfast was good. Smoked salmon..sparkling wine...nice bread etc
Last night I was violently sick..it went everywhere..and to be fair they did gave me another room.

Poor bar service with poor attitude, waited more than 20 mins and it was not a busy time. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay here, next year we will be in the Hilton with excellent recommendations. Breakfast not brilliant either, rude staff !...

Clean and good location.
And that's when the positives end.
The room decor is like a slightly better Ibis or Holiday Inn because it has Rituals toiletries.
Sadly for £110 / night in Bucharest I expect more. Not good value for money.
Checked in two different rooms and both had sinks that were clogged. Shower stinks of drainage.
I was offered a free drink for the inconvenience.

I highly recommend this hotel because of the location in the heart of town and close to the old town which I highly recommend to walk around. The room is clean and comfortable, top-notch amenities and attentive staff expect one staff in the front desk he was very rough....

If anyone arrives before 3pm, be prepared to either pay 63e to be able to check in, or just wait despite your room might be ready. Accordingly to the very non friendly receptionist, thats the Novotel policy, which if true has not happen to me anyehere else.
Besides the non friendly staff at reception, place is well located, allright facilities and good rooms....
