A nice hotel in a great location for exploring the city of Bucharest. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the beds are very comfortable. The shower worked well, although the hair dryer can be hit and miss. The staff are really helpful with tips and suggestions on places to eat and visit. We would definitely stay here again....

Very happy with this hotel. We arrived tired after 4am and our room was ready with air conditioning on for us. Modern spacious room with a very comfy superking size bed. Tea and coffee pod making facilities with a fridge. We were on 10th floor and was very quiet with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Nice hotel in Bucharest for a short stay
Pros -
- Deluxe room was nice and modern, we had a corner room with floor to ceiling windows which was nice
- Reception staff were friendly when checking us in
- Good location close to bars and restaurants in the centre
- Very good value for money

- Despite being a deluxe room, it was still quite small. Especially the bathroom which was small and dated

Truly disappointing experience. Location is unbeatable, but pretty much everything else is poor at best. Hotel is dated and very noisy (noises from hallway, next door, street, crappy plumbing, the elevator, unidentifiable other sources, pretty much anything in some vicinity). Theyre proudly stating that fresh air is important to them only to undermine that by blowing the tobacco scented air through the airco. Breakf...

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located in a great place, close to the city center and to the old town. Public transportation is near by. The room was good. But the customer service is very poor. We arrived early. We were told by the receptionist that she will not be able to give us the room before 15:00. We came back at 15:00.
