My family and I had a great time at Buchurest Comfort Suites.
We were 6 adults and three kids and the staff took great care of us, and they did accommodate all our requests. Many thanks to Nikoleta and the other blond lady at reception. Great customer service!!...

Missing bulbs in the bedside lamps: On the first day, I also informed the reception that the bulbs in the bedside lamps were missing. The receptionist seemed shocked and assured me that the issue would be resolved immediately.
However, the bulbs were never brought during the entire stay. I also took photos and videos of this issue.

I stayed here 3 nights on my stay in Bucharest and was happy with the hotel. Reception staff were friendly and allowed me an early check in. The room was clean and big with good wifi and a Belcony! The location is perfect. I would reccomend this hotel....

Stayed here whilst in Bucharest for work, the hotel is ideally located in the heart of Bucharest within walking distance from most areas.

Negative opinion and warning to everyone

We were stolen from the room. A hotel manager was rude, we called police.
Shout out how terrible we are as Israeli tourists.
It is advised not to arrive and exclude from the hotel
Shocking service, utterly poor service charter...
