Stayed for my a couple of nights. Requested a high floor as arrived on my birthday. Requested granted. Excellent suite with great views and facilities. Had some cake and a handwritten birthday wishes from hotel management when I entered the room which was a nice touch and much appreciated. Location a little quiet in terms of nearby bars and cafes but very well connected by metro, bus and tram and an easy walk in...

Completely different to a normal hotel, made our stay really enjoyable. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good (loved the candy section) Didnt think the area was as bad as I read it was. Would definitely stay again or look to book another Nhow somewhere else ....

Terrible terrible service. The lock on our door was broken. After going to reception 3 times on our first day, we were eventually escorted to our room where is was confirmed that the door did not work. We were let in manually and assured that it would be fixed by the morning. The following morning we went to reception and picked up new key cards. Bad Experience - Money Lost

Unfortunately our flight was in late ( 6 Hours) and I have advice via phone the hotel about the delay.
Via phone Hotel staff confirm the possibility to change room without any costs but the day after, the hotel have cancelled our reservation.
We decide to call the hotel to clarify the situation and what happened but , even if, the hotel staff confirm to have receive our call, the hotel staff and front desk manager ...
