The room was spacious, but the AC, even at maximum was just making the comfortable. The hotel is well located, with a tram stop right in front of it. This tram took you to the Louise station, which could link to all major transportation hubs and the airport....

Lovely clean and friendly hotel, great location.

Good sized room and bathroom, comfy bed, very soft pillows and WiFi included which worked well. Shower was powerful and the room was made up daily.
We had a small fridge and microwave in the room.
There isnt a kettle in the room, but tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available free 24/7 in reception.

We had a great stay at this hotel for my boyfriends birthday weekend. The biggest advantage is the location - a tram stop is literally outside and you can get to the city centre quickly and easily. Our room was clean and comfortable, and a good size. The hotel is overall very quiet and peaceful, but the reception staff are on hand to help when needed. Nice hotel, location was good - about a 20 minute walk to the main square.
Friendly staff on reception desk & were able to order taxi's for us.
Room was basic but was spotless! Comfy bed! Really good shower!
The coffee machine in the reception was nice to be able to use whenever needed.
Breakfast was good, nice choices & fresh.
Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel....

We love to stay at this place, not only for the best location, but also for the kind treat that we always get. The cleanest bed linen and room.
This time it was different way to have breakfast being the restaurant under work, but their professionalism were note 10....
